This past weekend, we kicked off our Next Steps Class and concluded our series on being a “Faithful Missionary”. It was both a Sunday of endings and beginnings. We were challenged to join the work of the Lord in praying and going, while also receiving the fruit of that work in the 14 people!!!! in next steps class. The people in the Next Steps Class range from youth to senior adults. They include people who are waiting to learn about belief, people wanting to get baptized, and people who are going to join the church. It was a great reminder of how many different backgrounds and stories make up our church family. I encourage you to pray for them. Pray the Lord would grow them and help them find the place they can plug in. I also encourage you to invite someone to join the class (it’s not too late). The Lord has been moving in our church and community and I cannot wait to see what he does next.
